I was born and raised in a village in Thailand where life is simple and relaxed.
I began my Thai Massage therapy and traditional medicine training at 8 years old, learning from my grandmother, who is a Thai midwife-nurse who practices traditional medicine and  Thai massage in the Village of Thailand.
Being a massage therapist is rewarding for me. I combine clinical knowledge, natural healing, and traditional Thai well-being. Each patient has an individual problem that may respond to a different codition. The task of the musculoskeletal specialist is to find the optimal treatment plan to optimize patient outcomes in pain and function. The guiding philosophy of each treatment journey is to deliver holistic well-being to each individual.

Alberto is trained in Swedish, relaxation, sports, and deep tissue massage, as well as trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and corporate massage. He is now expanding his expertise in traditional Thai massage techniques under the guidance of our experienced team. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice with a history spanning over 2,000 years, designed to promote healing and wellness. It involves the insertion of thin needles into specific body points to stimulate energy flow, known as Qi (pronounced “chee”). This practice is rooted in the belief that health is achieved by balancing Yin and Yang, the two opposing forces. Today, acupuncture effectively treats various conditions, including chronic pain, migraines, and anxiety. Research indicates that acupuncture can stimulate the nervous system, aiding the body’s natural healing and regulation processes. Practitioners undergo extensive training to master the meridian points and techniques required for effective treatment. Often used alongside conventional medicine, acupuncture enhances overall well-being and provides relief from numerous ailments. Its holistic approach to health continues to gain global acceptance.
Educational requirements for practitioners include:
– Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.): 3-year program
– Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P): 4-year program with restrictions
– Doctor of TCM (Dr. TCM): 5-year program without restrictions and hold an active membership in the provincial Association.

Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) play a vital role in the health and wellness of their clients. They utilize a combination of assessment techniques and therapeutic touch to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Through their skilled touch, these therapists are able to alleviate pain, assist in the rehabilitation of injuries, enhance circulation, reduce stress levels, promote relaxation, and improve overall physical function. Additionally, they may prescribe remedial exercises to support their clients’ recovery and contribute to their general well-being.
To become a Registered Massage Therapist, one must complete a comprehensive educational program that encompasses a minimum of 2,200 hours of training in massage therapy. Furthermore, RMTs are required to maintain an active membership with the provincial association, ensuring they stay updated on best practices and professional standards in the field.

Manual Osteopath (OMT),(MOT),(DOMP) specialize in enhancing individual health and well-being by focusing on the harmonious function of the bones, spine, muscles, ligaments, visceral organs, and fascial connective tissue. They employ gentle, non-surgical techniques aimed at supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Osteopathic therapy offers an effective, complementary approach to both rehabilitation and preventive health, emphasizing education to help clients maintain a balanced and healthy state.
Osteopathy is suited for individuals seeking to address the underlying causes of pain. Its non-invasive, manual techniques integrate well with other medical practices to support holistic health.
Therapists in this field must complete a minimum educational requirement through an Osteopathic Manual Therapy program that meets the World Health Organization’s Type II Training Benchmarks. Additionally, they maintain an active membership with their provincial Association, ensuring adherence to high professional and educational standards.

 THAI MASSAGE THERAPISTS (TM), THAI TRADITIONAL MEDICINE (TTM), Must have skills necessary to develop treatment plans. Deliver safe ,and ethical Thai massage therapy care, Including holistic treatments as well as its representation as Thai wisdom.
Completion of education requirements 2 to 4 Years Hands-on study and Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Applied Thai traditional Medicine and Thai massage.
Thai Traditional Medicines and Thai Massage programs are accredited by The Thai Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), The Thai Ministry of Education(MOE), The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society (UTTS),Thai Healing Alliance International (THAI). or The Thai Traditional Medical Council (TTMC).
Thai massage is, passive stretching and acupressure focusing on the pathways of movement in the body such as tendons, ligaments, nerves, and circulatory vessels.
External application of herbs through balms, liniments, compresses, and poultices
Thai accessory modalities such as, Thai Foot massage or Reflexology, Thai’s traditional Medicine and Thai massage study, when carried out seriously with a commitment to long-term study with a wide variety of techniques, and hold an active membership of the provincial Association.
